The morning of May 16, a number of volunteers (60+) from the Sunburst Youth Academy came to the west end of the greenbelt park in GB Heights to level the grounds and spread mulch, cleanup trash, carve out a distinguished path, and build a beautiful park for our community!

Thanks goes out to the Youth Mentoring Program, Sergeant James Thomas of the Sunburst Youth Academy, including the Bruin Troops. Also, a special thanks to the Long Beach Parks and Rec and to Lenny Arkinstall to help support these efforts.
